Good Will Ghost Hunting Book 2: Hell’s Bells by Lesli Richardson
Publisher: Lyrical Press
Genre: Erotic Paranormal

Summary:
When you fall in love with the Devil's henchman, 'personal demons' gains new meaning.

Kalyani Martin was a good Baptist minister's daughter, intent on saving herself for the right guy. In her new producing gig on a ghost hunting show run by Ryan Ausar, she might have just found him: Will Hellenboek, co-star on the show. Will and Aidan, cousins and co-stars, are archdemons, working for Ryan. Their common past has been a long and sometimes bloody one, but the three men share an unbreakable bond. The dark and crazy days of their past are returning to unleash vengeance upon them all. As Ryan struggles to keep things together behind the scenes, can he protect the fragile joy lighting his friends' lives, without revealing the soul-crushing truth and risking all they hold dear?

Warning, contains graphic M/M and M/F sex, anal sex/play, frequent snarkage, silly boxer shorts, hot archdemon lovin', and toe-curling soul mate deflowering.

My Review: First, I just have to say, “WOW!” I enjoyed the first book in this series, but was completely blown away by Hell’s Bells. This book has a very complicated plot, with many twists and turns. So much was answered in this book, and I am finally coming to understand what happened in the first book.

I didn’t really feel like there was just a heroine and hero, with secondary characters. The main characters in this book are Will and Kal, Ryan, and Aidan and Jeff, and then there were supporting secondary characters. Surprisingly enough, that did not take away from the story at all; it only added a richness and depth that I savored. This is a romance book, but romance was not the focus. Sure, there was passion and love between Kal and Will, and Aidan and Jeff, but it kind of took a backseat in this book.

The focus of Hell’s Bells was the plot and history. Kind of a behind the scenes look at what was happening in the first book, and the complexity of what is to come for these characters. I am a romance and passion kind of girl, and I need those elements in my books. Lesli delivered just enough of both to whet my appetite. In this book, it is the story, not the romance, which grabbed me by the collar and jerked me in. Oh, not to mention the unexpected sessions of humor. I can’t say enough about it, but if I say too much, then I will spoil it! I do want to share a line from the book, though, because I found it to be hysterical.

“A Baptist minister’s daughter getting married by the Devil, in a church, to an archdemon.”

Lesli created amazing and unforgettable characters and an interesting world. It is obvious that she knows her characters and their stories very well. I did have a few scratch-my-head moments, but I feel like all of my answers from the first book were answered, and so much was added to an already complex story. I am dying to know the rest of the story and cannot wait for the next installment in this series.

I do highly recommend this book, and it could be read as a stand-alone. However, my recommendation is to start with the first book. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
