Melissa’s Review: The Naughty Julenisse by Abbe Ireland is a short story at only 9 pages. Ms. Ireland filled this novella with tons of information and details about the Norwegian Christmas holiday and tradition.
There was minimal dialogue; it was mostly telling about the Norwegian holiday and preparations, and also Hitch’s experience in a new country. Because this is a short book, there really wasn’t much character or plot development. Basically, The Naughty Julenisse is a good quick read if you are looking for a lot of detail and one fairly hot scene between Hitch and Hella.
