Summary: Anna Fuller is a Shakespearean actress touring Texas when rancher, King Colton spots the red-haired vixen playing Lady Macbeth. One look and King’s in love.

King isn’t much for romance and doesn’t know what it will take to make Anna content, but if it takes money, he’s willing to spend a fortune trying.

Anna only wants King’s love, but he’s so busy fighting land-grabbers and taking care of ranch business, he doesn’t see what his lover offers. When Anna leaves him, King moves heaven, hell, and half of Texas too, trying to reclaim Anna before he loses her for good. Sex is the weapon of choice when these two face off in a sheet-scorching showdown.

Stacey’s Review: Anna has her act together, literally. She loves being an actress and has no plans in quitting her budding career…until King Colton walks into her life. King is an alpha male determined to possess Anna. He’s a wealthy rancher used to getting his own way.

Anna’s modesty goes out the window when she’s with King. The sex is plentiful and hot! I enjoyed the dialogue between the characters which was erotic and realistic. The plot wasn’t the strong point in this novella, but the characters were well developed and the romance and ending were satisfying.

Gem Sivad allowed us a glimpse into Anna’s head to experience her emotions. While she felt like King’s disposable mistress, as the reader we know otherwise from getting inside King’s thoughts as well.

A Staged Affair was a quick, sexy read with hot sex scenes and a romance to touch your heart.

Rated 4 Delightful Divas by Stacey!
