My first thought when I read the summary of Changing Times by Marilu Mann was…wow, now that sounds interesting. And, boy, was I right. What a great story. From the very first scene—where our heroine is kidnapped—to the very last page, you don’t want to put it down. The character development was great as was the paranormal/shifter world set up by Marilu Mann. She brought us right into the heart of this shifter community. And talk about drama…The suspense of what would happen to all our heroes (and have no doubt, there is more than one) kept you glued to the pages.

I can’t wait to see what Marilu Mann does with Micah’s character, but I understand that’s in book three, so I guess I’ll have to wait for a bit to find out. This is my first Marilu Mann book and I can’t wait to get started on book two in this series, Changing Hearts.

Changing Times flowed well from beginning to end without lags or drags along the way. The sexual and sensual scenes were intense and diverse. And the author maintained sexual tension between our main characters throughout the story.

I highly recommend this series to any paranormal lover…and I’d venture to say those of you that don’t ordinarily read paranormal might be converted if you give this one a try. Way to go Marilu Mann, and I can’t wait to see what you’ve got in store for us next.
