Never As It Seems is another wonderful story from one of my favorite authors, Shiloh Walker.

Chloe is psychic and Leo doesn't believe in that, so he left her.

Now, three years later, it's his job to protect her and he realizes that he's made a big mistake by leaving her. At first, he still doesn't believe she's psychic. Then she reads his thoughts and as he felt it, he knew it was true. He also knew he still loved her and wanted her back in his life.

Chloe has a vision showing her best friend being held at gunpoint. Leo leads the trouble to him and Chloe and diffuses the situation.

Leo is the perfect romantic hero. He saves the day, buys her roses, and grovels just enough to let her know how much he truly loves her.

This story is very believable and I liked that Chloe and Leo had a history so you had something to work with. It gives the story depth, right from the start and Shiloh makes everything flow perfectly.
